As a EC&I Designer, your Responsibilities will include To work with the Programmable Electronic Systems (PES) Designers to produce the Design Information Pack (DIP) detailing the CE&I deliverables to support the upgrade to the facility networks. Support site surveys to identify cable routes and location of equipment. Support installation and testing of cables. Support to Plant Modification Proposal (PMP) process.

Typical deliverables consist of:

Block Cable Diagram.
Electrical Schematics.
Single Line Diagrams.
Cable Routing Diagrams.
Cable Termination Diagrams
Cable Schedule.
Cable Cards.
Cubicle Internal and External General Arrangement Diagrams.
Equipment Layout Diagrams.
Outline Installation Method Statements.
Designer Risk Assessment.
Update of Redline Diagrams.

Essential Experience:
Experience in production of CE&I deliverables using AutoCAD.
Experience in the use of Amtech Electrical Design Software.
Experience in the use of RasterCad.
Experience with Construction Design Management (CDM) Regulations 2015 - Regulation 9 Duties of Designers.
HNC/HND/Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
