Assystem Energy & Infrastructure are recruiting for a Internal Recruiter to join our growing HR team on a permanent basis.
This role will initially be working from home with the view to be based in our Blackburn office in the future so applicants must reside within a commutable distance.

Role Details:
Working within our Nuclear Decomm team, working closely with recruiting managers and the wider recruitment function, you'll take ownership of the full end to end recruitment process for a portfolio of vacancies covering a variety differing skill sets. As a recruiter working on a high volume account, you'll regularly be managing multiple vacancies at various points of the sourcing, selection and onboarding process at any one time.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking initial role briefing meetings with recruiting managers
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and undertaking initial telephone screening
  • Co-ordinating the interview process with candidates & recruiting managers
  • Managing the offer process with selected candidates
  • Working to both client and Assystem processes to ensure compliance to legislation & company policies
  • Ensuring vacancy & candidate details are accurately recorded within ATS system

Your Background:
You'll be a great recruiter with a strong understanding of the complete recruitment cycle (Undertaking role briefs, sourcing, interviewing, offer management & onboarding).

You will be working on a high-volume account so you will need to be comfortable with working at a fast pace whilst ensuring accuracy is never compromised. The ability to spin multiple plates at any one time is essential!

As most of the roles you will be recruiting for will be engineering based (design, manufacturing, projects), you will need to have a background of recruiting within the engineering industry.
