AWE's Nuclear Threat Reduction (NTR) Division are currently recruiting for an Operational Support Associate to provide direct support to the NTR Operations Group Leader and provide an enhanced line of sight for the diversity and breadth of work that the Group delivers. This role will be jointly responsible for generating and collating the Group's management information, managing tasking and resource allocation, chairing regular leadership meetings, and coordinating resolutions to emerging issues to support the successful delivery of the Group's programme. This is an excellent role for someone with strong organisational skills.

Package - £25,850 - £34,00 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)

Our AWE NTR team work closely with external stakeholders to provide operational response capability.
Within this role, the successful candidate will be required to:
Demonstrate a proven ability to establish excellent working relationships with key internal stakeholders
Work efficiently with minimal guidance from the leadership team
Be able to interpret complex data into manageable formats
Exhibit strong presentation skills
Prioritise tasks and work under pressure
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Obtain a basic understanding of the business rhythm and associated company policies
Undertake continuous improvement across NTR
Utilise relevant business systems and Microsoft software packages
