Number 8 Resourcing is an agency that knows what we are good at and sticks to it. Our Trades and Labour division is primarily focused on the Demolition Sector and have an established a reputation based on our knowledge of the Industry. Our Contracting team operates the same way. We cover sectors that we know and have built up a solid network of candidates. The Nuclear sector requires a sound understanding and knowledge of the complex technical aspects of the roles as well as a global understanding of the UK Nuclear industry. We understand the significant individual requirements that each employer or even each site demands and use that knowledge to identify candidates with the specific background and competencies for each contract role.
