CHI St. Alexius Health Devils Lake Hospital provides the following services:

  • Surgical • Outpatient dialysis (operated by Altru - Ophthalmology Health System) - Obstetrics • Cancer Infusion Center (operated by - Endoscopy Cancer Center of North Dakota) • Physical therapy • Radiology • Occupational therapy - Fluoroscopy, • Speech therapy - Magnetic Resonance • Cardiac rehabilitation - Imaging (MRI) - Computed Tomography • Respiratory therapy - Imaging (CAT) • Laboratory services - Sonography (Cardiac, • Obstetrics units OB,Vascular) • Medical/surgical unit - Nuclear Medicine • Swingbed unit - Imaging Mammography • Emergency Services • Outpatient clinic

Full-Time 1099 Contractor: Living in the Community

  • Base Comp = $335/hr. which is a Base of $325/hr. + $10/hr. Quality & Productivity Bonus
  • Sign-on Bonus = $50K- Can also be used as a Resident Stipend
  • Treated as a forgivable loan over 1st 3 years.

Full-Time & Part-Time 1099 Contractor: Travel-PRN

  • Base Comp = $300/hr. which is a Base of $290/hr. + $10/hr. Quality & Productivity Bonus

  • 1 Year contract
  • Will be put on the schedule first.
  • Block Shifts

FTE Base Compensation & Bonus:

  • Base Comp = $315/hr. which is a Base of $305/hr. + $10/hr. Quality & Productivity Bonus
